The sturgeon fish come directly from our breeding farm in the spring water areas of the Marca Trevigiana (Northeastern Italy), abounding with the purest waters: a completely controlled supply chain guarantees the highest quality.
The filets are steamed and free of additives, just as our traditional recipe calls for. They are processed and packaged by hand in extra virgin olive oil and enriched with a light smoked hint.
An easy and tasty ingredient. Ideal for adding an unmistakable twist to salads and pasta dishes or to be enjoyed on its own as a light, fresh, and healthy course thanks to its excellent nutritional profile, absence of heavy metals and richness in Omega 3.
